1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Leflourias Janitorial Services Incorporated ("we", "us", "our") services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies that may be posted on our website from time to time. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide professional interior cleaning services for commercial and residential properties. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Commercial office cleaning
  • Residential house cleaning
  • Deep cleaning services
  • Move in/move out cleaning
  • Specialty cleaning services
  • Emergency cleaning services

All services are provided subject to availability and our standard business practices.

3. Service Scheduling and Availability

Service scheduling is subject to our availability and confirmation. We make every effort to accommodate your preferred dates and times, but final scheduling is at our discretion. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather conditions, staffing issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to the premises
  • Remove or secure valuable items and personal belongings
  • Ensure all utilities are operational (water, electricity)
  • Provide adequate lighting and ventilation
  • Inform us of any safety hazards or special requirements
  • Follow our recommended preparation guidelines for each service type

5. Payment Terms

All services must be paid for in full at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. Prices are subject to change without notice. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Extra cleaning requirements beyond the scope of the original agreement
  • Additional time required due to customer preparation issues
  • Special equipment or products requested by the customer
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule services without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

7. Service Quality and Satisfaction

We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional cost, provided the issues are related to our cleaning performance and not due to customer preparation or other factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

We take great care in providing our services, but we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions or damage to the property
  • Items that are not properly secured or stored
  • Normal wear and tear to surfaces or fixtures
  • Damage caused by pre-existing structural or maintenance issues
  • Loss or damage to valuable or irreplaceable items

Our liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Customer Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leflourias Janitorial Services Incorporated and its employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Any damage to your property caused by your failure to meet customer responsibilities
  • Any claims made by third parties related to your use of our services

10. Health and Safety

We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment for our employees and customers. We follow all applicable health and safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment. Customers are responsible for informing us of any health hazards, allergies, or special requirements that may affect our service delivery.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, utility failures, or pandemics.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washtenaw County, Michigan.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify customers of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and may also notify customers through email or other direct communication methods. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Leflourias Janitorial Services Incorporated regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

By scheduling and receiving our cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not schedule services with us.
